Booking and Payment:

• Pricing:Prices are per person and exclude tips, visas, insurance, food, accommodation, and extras. Prices may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Payment:We accept major credit cards. Full payment is required at booking.
• Confirmation:You’ll receive a confirmation email with a payment receipt. Please ensure your booking details are accurate.

Cancellation and No-Shows:

• Cancellation:Each tour, attraction, and hotel has its own cancellation policy. Please read them carefully before booking. Combo tours may have specific cancellation rules. Visa fees are non-refundable.
• No-Show:No refunds for missed tours, unused tickets, sightseeing, car rentals, or transfers. Rescheduling confirmed services is not allowed.

Changes and Amendments:

• Itinerary:Routes and services may change due to weather, airlines, or other factors. We’ll offer alternative options if available. Minor itinerary changes may occur without notice. Force majeure events (e.g., floods) are not refundable.
• Hotels:We’ll try to find your preferred hotel, but may offer a similar alternative. Check-in/out policies vary by hotel. We’re not responsible for denied early/late check-in requests.

Travel Insurance and Documents:

• Insurance:We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen events.
• Documents:Ensure you have all necessary travel documents, including passport or valid ID, especially for international travel. No refunds for missing or invalid documents. Check visa and health requirements with your consulate before travel.
